These Local Delivery Terms apply to orders delivered by Dublin Logs Ltd using our own vehicles and drivers, covering Dublin and the surrounding areas we serve directly.
We currently offer local delivery to Dublin and surrounding areas. If your area is not listed, we may still be able to deliver through our national delivery partner — please see our National Delivery (Kerbside) page for more information.

We use Luton body vans with a tail lift, capable of going wherever a standard car can access, provided there is adequate height clearance. Our trucks can carry up to 2 tonnes and we can usually reverse close to the drop-off point. We do not have a crane, but we use an electric pallet truck for unloading. For gravel or grass surfaces, we use boards to bridge short distances (5–10 metres maximum). Our drivers are flexible and, where access allows, they will deliver to locations such as sheds, driveways, or any safe spot specified by the customer.
Please ensure clear access to your property, adequate turning space, and a safe, level area for unloading. We reserve the right to refuse delivery where access is unsafe or likely to cause damage.
Local deliveries are normally completed in the week following purchase. In the low season (summer), delivery times may be longer. We will send a message 1–2 days before delivery to confirm the date and time. During peak periods or adverse weather, times may extend.
If we attend but cannot complete delivery due to no access, unsafe conditions, or no one present to receive, a redelivery fee may apply to cover additional driver time and fuel.
Changes or cancellations for local deliveries are free up to the day before. Same-day cancellations after the driver has been routed may incur a call-out charge.
For cancellations and refund requests on orders paid via credit or debit card, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This is to cover the non-refundable transaction costs imposed by our payment providers. Therefore, 97% of the original payment will be returned to your account.
Please inspect goods on delivery. If there is any issue, notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can resolve promptly.
We use your name, address, phone and email to schedule and complete the delivery and to contact you about any access or safety requirements. Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Local Delivery Terms are governed by Irish law and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
